Riga Canal Boat Tour with Audio Guide & Old Town Walking Tour

This is a combo experience that includes a relaxing boat tour and guided walking tour of Riga Old Town.

Enjoy a relaxing boat ride in Riga during the day or in the evening on a beautiful wooden boat. Cruise along the calm Riga Canal and the wide Daugava River, passing under 19 bridges. Take great photos of well-known sights like the Freedom Monument, Riga Central Market (a UNESCO World Heritage site), and the National Opera. Each guest will receive a welcome drink to enjoy during the ride.

The Old Riga Walking Tour is a guided walking tour led by a certified and experienced guide. Before the tour, you will be offered a tasting of Riga Black Balsam. The walking tour in German lasts 1 hour, while the English-language tour lasts 1.5 hours.

The reserved time applies to the boat tour. However, we recommend booking the walking tour in advance. Guided tours in German are available from Tuesday to Saturday at 10:00 AM. It is recommended to book the walking tour in advance by contacting us via email: hello@visitriga.travel.

For children under 4 years old, the ride is free of charge, but a seat is not guaranteed if the boat is full. Parents will need to hold their babies in their arms. Not wheelchair accessible.

Please make sure you know well the meeting point location to get there on time 10 minutes before the departure time, we cannot guarantee your visit if you arrive late.

We are located at Andrejosta Marina. To find us more easily, use this address - here . Andrejosta is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Rīga Old Town and is easily accessible by foot, public transport, or car. Please keep in mind that there can be traffic jams in the city or that the walk may take longer than expected.

The boat won't operate if wind speeds exceed 18-20 meters per second. The route and schedule may change due to bad weather.
